Return Process

  Securely pack your unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
